You need to go through the Meditation ABC’s class in order to follow, understand and gain the benefits of this meditation.
These guided meditations combine the approach, breathing and cleansing skills you learn in the Meditation ABC’s series along with the information and guidance that you gained in the Cleansing Faster class. The results are a much shorter meditation that may fit better into your daily life. An added bonus is a longer period of time for you to enjoy the peace and quiet after you are guided into your sacred garden.
DAILY MEDITATION should be considered for your personal meditation session each day. If at any time you wish to use the longer version with the full cleansing, please do so using the FULL MEDITATION. I have put a link to both of them here for your convenience.
