NOTE: MEDITATION ABCs IS THE PREREQUISITE FOR ALL OTHER CLASSES
My unique meditation technique involves steps to help you achieve a successful meditation experience that will assist you with taking that calm, centered approach into your daily life. It gives suggestions on how to personalize and document the experience to see your own progress. It includes cleansings that spirit has taught me within my own meditation. (NOTE: Click on each class name to be taken directly to a video I have created for you explaining that class in more detail.)
CLASS 1: APPROACH
Learn the steps that precede meditation that assist you in having a more successful meditation. You are encouraged to tailor these steps to your specific situation.
CLASS 2: BREATHING
Learn and practice the specific breathing pattern that starts off every meditation. You are encouraged to use the technique to bring the same focused, centered and calm feelings into your daily life.
CLASS 3: CLEANSING
Learn about cleaning yourself within your meditation. This involves: 1) other people’s stuff, 2) things that you have drawn into yourself and 3) chakras. Learn how and why you should do these 3 cleansings daily, even if you don’t choose to meditate. The class ends with a meditation using the techniques that you have learned so far (Approach+Breathing+Cleansing).
Class 4: FULL MEDITATION
This full guided meditation begins with combining the information in the first three classes (A+B+C). From there it takes you into your sacred garden where you can explore or just enjoy the peace. It concludes with you being guided back to take this positive feeling into your daily life.
