THE NEXT STEP

In the ABC series you learned the steps up to your meditation session, the breathing technique used for meditation and the cleansings which are done within your meditation. When put together, these steps gave you the best opportunity to have  a successful meditation.

The Next Step series picks up where the Meditation ABC’s series leaves off. The skills that are taught in this series are meant to take you to the point where you would have enough information and ability to navigate this subject and have successful results with confidence on your own. In this series you will revisit the cleansings, in Cleansing Faster. You will then move on and learn how and why to begin documenting your sessions in Journaling. In Groups you are taught about attending or hosting group meditations to enhance your experiences. This is all followed by a guided meditation that uses the new techniques in the Daily Meditation video.  A workbook is available to assist you with following and guiding you through changes and choices that will be available.

THE NEXT STEP – COMING SOON!

CLASS 1: CLEANSING FASTER

The daily cleansings that were taught in the original Meditation ABC’s series were explained and guided in a very long process. It was done this way so that you could understand what they are, how to do them and apply them for the greatest effect. Cleansing Faster teaches and guides you through a very condensed version of those cleansings. It has the same effect as the long version, but takes much less time. This would make it more “user friendly” for daily living. This is also a mandatory change if you choose to go into any of my other classes.

CLASS 2:  JOURNALING   

Learn valuable tips and advice on the best ways and tools to continue the documenting that you started if you used the Meditation ABC’s workbook.

CLASS 3:  GROUPS   

Learn how best to go about choosing a group to meditate with how to organize your own.

GUIDED MEDITATION VIDEO:    DAILY MEDITATION    

You are expected to follow your APPROACH List prior to turning on this video. This meditation begins with the 3 cleansing breaths that you learned in the BREATHING technique, goes through the faster cleansings and then on into your sacred garden.
